MEANS EDUCATION SCHOLARS

PRAY FOR OUR FUTURE EDUCATORS.

Pray for our MEANS scholars at PNU Visayas. Five will graduate in August 2025. Pray that they meet all requirements before graduation. All are RTG teachers/volunteers and on the dean’s list, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education (in different majors). We thank YOU, OUR DONORS, for your prayers and financial support. Amen! The scholars are: Angelie Bantillo Toque, Angelica Ramos Vergara, Frezy Arlos Mayuno, Ruth Mesha Alcoy Intico, Angela Alontaga.

These young ladies while busy with their studies are also busy helping underserved children in their communities.  Through Read to Grow in Cadiz, Negros Occidental, they teach children reading, writing and arithmetic.  They also tell stories about Jesus from the books MEANS sent them.  Their mothers and some mothers in the community cook delicious meals to supplement their learning.

CONGRATULATIONS TO MEANS GRADUATES WITH LATIN HONORS

It is our joy to share with you the good news that 3 MEANS scholars who graduated last year, and took the Professional Licensed Teachers Exams in March 2025 all passed with flying colors.  The 3 ladies are Maria Mae Llavore (Magna Cum Laude), Janine Demiar (Cum Laude), Guila Mae Babay (Cum Laude).  They graduated last August 2024, took the Teacher Exams last March 2025.  The result came out in May 2025.  Merla Mae Llavore  expressed her gratitude to God for using MEANS in her life. Thanks to those who are helping in our scholarship program. May God use them to become salt and light in their family and in transforming lives in the school where they will be teaching. ONCE AGAIN, thank you dear donors for being an instrument of blessing to them.  Without God and without your faithful prayers and support, MEANS will not be able to continue to help them.  We praise GOD for your generosity and love.  We express our heartfelt gratitude to you as you partner with us in changing people’s lives.
